Potato Pizza (18 Inch)
"The County" is a our take on the potato pizza. We start with fresh dough, add a layer of garlic mashed potatoes, cheese, and top with bacon. We serve it up with a drizzle of cool sour cream and fresh scallions
BBQ Chicken Nacho Pizza (16 Inch)
This pizza was debated extensively by the crew and gives you that tang of BBQ sauce without being overpowering. We use a base of freshly sliced tomatoes and then top with cheddar cheese/mozz blend, green peppers, red peppers, onions, jalapenos, and chunks of BBQ chicken breast. After baking, we finish it off with sour cream, a touch more BBQ sauce. Great as an appetizer or meal!!
Taco Pizza (18 Inch)
Who says you can't get good Mexican in Northern Maine? Taco sauce and sliced tomato base, cheddar and mozz, taco meat on top. Our favorite way to prepare is with jalapenos, green pepper, and onion all baked in. Once baked, a drizzle of sour cream and just a touch more taco sauce. For those wanting fresh lettuce - we're always happy to add it (although you won't miss it)!
BLT Pizza (18 Inch)
Our unique spin on the BLT sandwich. We start with a base of Alfredo sauce (yup, trust us), sliced tomatoes, our cheese blend, and we top it off with bacon. Once baked, we add fresh lettuce and a drizzle of mayo. You're welcome!

Pesto pizza? Oh yeah! This pizza starts with a pesto base and freshly sliced tomatoes. We then add fresh mozzarella and that's it! It bakes up with a crispy crust and in one bite you'll have a new favorite! If you haven't had pesto before, it's a delicious paste made from fresh basil, olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and a few pine nuts

Looking to change it up? A calzone is the way to go! This "Pizza pocket" gets stuffed with cheese, a topping of your choice and sauce
